A French bench.
The chateau. I got this right after a huge group of people funneled in that middle door.
Looking over the edge down at the town.
The other side of the chateau.
Bush balls!
I loved taking pics of these rows and rows of plants.
Plants and the path.
Another perpective of the same.
A flower admires the view of Amboise.
These are neat.
This is a really good one because you can see the chateau and the landscaping.
Ok, one last one. These paths just had nice curves, good to shoot.
Laura and the chateau.
Probably my fav pic of the chateau.
A small chapel is on the grounds.
A window depiting a lost crusader asking directions.
Being given a house nearby, this is where Da Vinci spend his last years.

It is fun to see the different styles of windows. I like the hard angles in these.
Looking out though a pretty window.
A bedroom fit for royalty.
This pic would be super rad if there was a women holding a baby in that doorway.
One thing we can all take comfort in is that our home furniture these days is so much more comfortable than even the richest nobleperson's back then.
I'm no expert but I think this piano needs servicing.
It was really hard to take this pic without getting my own feet in the shot.
I'm not sure what people did in this part of the chateau, but it is a large spiral up like this.
Another outside pic as we depart.
The flower beds on the way out.
Let's see that flower bed a little closer.
And of course, some gargoyles to round out the set.
