Making these captions, I wish I had a clue what each flower is. How many ways can one write u201cnice floweru201d?

It looked like a river of flowers to me.

This color scheme would make a good website palette.

So blue.

First of all, the gardens are huge. A vast expance. Also, the place was very crowded. You get a sense of that here, but I tried to avoid shooting the crowds in a lot of these pics.

Really a gorgeous setting. If there were just a few less people it would be truely serene.

A tree that makes cool shadows.

Really like this shot. Was kinda bummed to get the dude on the bench, but now am thinking that he's kinda interesting there.

We come to the edge of the gardens to view these fields of flowers. Little boats and kayaks go up and down this canal.

I let the Nikon choose the leaf to focus on. Have to say, well done Nikon.

This thing was totally moving. We went up there and let the arms (blades?) whip by our faces.

To give you an idea how many flowers were in this room, here is a shot of a palette of flowers. Each palette had 6-10 different flower beds and there were easily a hundred of these palettes, plus some other displays in this one giant room.

Nice gradients on these.

These little guys had there own special display. They have cute little angry flower man faces.

Cala lilies (credit to Laura for this info). So elegant.

This was a nifty little display, complete with waterfall.

So that glass building on the right was where all those indoor flowers were. It was surrounded by this moat.

I think this one is my favorate in the set.

These are sooo small. Wicked cool though, and an amazing shade of blue.
